Lillian Frances is a music producer based out of Sacramento, CA. She is a sonic collager of sorts, melding together organic and synthetic sounds to create her unique brand of “snap crackle Pop.” Her style has been compared to Lorde, Billie Eilish, and Sylvan Esso.
Lillian performs live with her guitar, keyboard, laptop and PUSH controller. Her captivating performances include live looping, on the fly-mixing, and some (questionably) groovy dancing. As her honest, funny, and at times, raunchy lyrics effortlessly glide between English and Spanish, she wittily conveys the humor in her millennial experience and connects with audiences wherever she goes.
Past festivals include Sacramento PorchFest, the Davis Music Festival (2017, 2019), and the Davis Cherry Blossom Festival (2018, 2019, 2020); notable performances include opening for Sylvan Esso, and playing alongside Shakey Graves, Sage the Gemini, and Lexi Panterra. On May 7th, Lillian will be releasing her album, Moonrise Queendom, and performing at festivals across the West Coast, including Do-It-Ourselves in Santa Cruz.
